History

Amy Hancock, founded AdvantageCare Rehabilitation, LLC in 2003 after recognizing her grandparents' need for specialized nursing and therapy. She identified a gap in healthcare for patients transitioning from hospitals to nursing homes or assisted living facilities and aimed to enhance contract therapy services for these individuals.

 

In 2006, Amy expanded her vision by establishing Advantage Home Health and Hospice Services, focusing on providing nursing and therapy at home through a patient centered care model. Her goal was to ensure seniors received continuous care throughout their medical journey.

 

Over the past 20 years the Advantage group has grown from a one-person operation to a team of over 880 employees. Advantage now serves residents throughout Pennsylvania. We are proud of the progress made by our organization and for your family members and residents over the last two decades and we look forward to making a significant impact in the future.
